Winter Project

Bangladesh is filled with people who are living in poverty under the open sky without proper winter protection. 2018 Bangladesh recorded its lowest ever temperature in history at 2.6 degrees in Tetulia, Panchagarh under the influence of a severe cold wave prevailing through the northern districts. Each year, Bangladesh faces 3-5 cold waves. The lowest temperatures in more than 40 years have caused severe hardship. More than 80 people have died because of the cold and many more have been hospitalized with respiratory problems and pneumonia. hundreds injured and numerous left with various diseases inevitably killing them in the end.
